2025 Campaign Updates

Our Pacesetter companies kicked off their campaigns in late July following a rallying luncheon to encourage and thank them for participating not only this year, but for many years. In fact, Morristown Utilities has supported United Way of Hamblen County for our entire 70 years! This year’s campaign fundraising goal to support 23 partner agencies has been set at $1,420,000. This community’s generous donations help fund outstanding, local non-profit agencies that serve Hamblen County: and it’s ALL THANKS TO YOU. We are ever grateful to our community for your continued support, dedication, and generosity! Through your spirit of giving and for Investing in our Community for 70 Years, we are able to support these agencies that provide life-changing services to benefit anyone who lives or works in Hamblen County.

Tim Coley, our 2025 Campaign Chair, is someone who believes in the power of Investing in our Community for 70 Years. He knows from personal experience how much of a life-changing impact that United Way of Hamblen County’s partner agencies can have. You can hear his story in this year’s campaign video. Tim is the Market President of First Horizon Bank in Morristown, he serves on the boards of nonprofits, and is active in civic organizations such as Morristown Rotary, Kiwanis while serving serves others quietly behind the scenes through his roles of leadership and affiliation. Captured on the cover of this year’s brochure is Langston, a vibrant, playful child with special needs who attends Morristown-Hamblen Child Care Center . It’s easy to see in the face of a child just how much simple acts of caring make a difference in their lives! Tim encourages everyone to continue Investing in our Community by donating to United Way of Hamblen County in this year’s campaign video.
